That's also true. They probably think you actually control the games, like play other people. Then they realize you are more of a GM/coach

Not a Madden person myself... I do have NFL Head Coach however. The play maker irritates me somewhat, I can set any formation perfectly, and even the base plays. It does not like to set up option plays however (sometimes you can make it do it) and a triple option is a no go (OC version of the game, allegedly the console version is much better).
