I haven't thought it through but wouldn't odd numbers make sure that somebody wins and there is no tie? What are the drawbacks?

Actually, that's true. And on top of that, with 26 players, the 1st person picks 13 matches, the 2nd really only picks 12, as the last is already decided. With 27 each side picks 13 with one team from each side left over.

With it being home and away the number of games will end up being even anyway. So if one side goes 15-12 one week then the other side comes back and goes 15-12, we'd still be looking at a tie. I had thought the same thing but it really doesn't matter.

I think they'll be made on the forums, I'll check when.

OK, I can not confirm where they will be made, but they will be made during the NA weekly games.
