I bid on 4. The deadline on 3 of them says January 12, and my construction says it's done on December 14th.

think your confusing 01.12 and 12.01

the bid will end on the 1st of December.... (the dates are in DD.MM.YY format, as used for almost everywhere outside of the USA)

you should be ok.... send out friendly requests to teams with 8000-9000 seats to play at there ground, and combined with sponsor you will be more than happy...

key points
- arrange friendlies EVERY WEEK
- Get Match Day sponsors for EVERY game
