Do reciever (WR & TE) ever fumble the ball? If not, is there any use for them having carrying?

So is there any point to training Carrying on WRs/TEs?

I guess that depends if you think it factors into YAC or just the fumbling calculations.

Yup, I guess it's a personal call really. But in all likelihood, probably not.

so, what to train with WR's except catching? footwork and agility, and forget about carrying at all?
i've been thinking about this for quite a while now, but i prefer my WR's and RB's to be balanced. ( have footwork and agility at 8, while having carring for RB's at 10 and catchng for WR's at 10 as well).
but if you think about it, with the current game engine, you might as well forget abot carrying, ad use the trainingspoints on somethng lse instead. doesn anybody else think that way?

Well I still like carrying for my RBs, and there will be a new game engine eventually, hopefully sooner rather than later. So I'm making all my training decisions based off what I feel will be incorporated or a part of the new engine. Personally, I think Footwork and Agility should be more at 10 or 11 for both, with the Carrying at 14, and the Catching at 14. I'd also put positioning or vision up to about 10, whichever you feel is more important on offense. I have a feeling they both count a little, but with one being more defensive, and the other more offensive.

IMO in this order:

speed
catching
strength
agility
stamina
positioning (not sure)
