Golf a WTF sport..... it is the biggest sport in the world more people play golf. I have friends in other countries and understand it is not as available as it is in the states. that is a shame your all missing it hardest game you will ever love!

Well one of the Local course is a Top 5 rated course i know all about it but i just dont see it as a Major sport the biggest thing i got with it is there is no season its a 4 day match of which i dont like sports were you can have a BAD off day and still be able to come back and win and yes this also means that other useless sport Basketball coming from a guy that was Born in Will County Illinois and grew up watching the bulls in the 80-90s well maybe watching is a bit of a stretch i still havent see a whole Basketball game

As for its being a World sport i see it as a Sport anyone can play but everyone will take anything i say wrong but as i have said before i used to it

Not disagreeing with you right now but can you explain what you mean about basketball being a sport where you can have an off day and still win? Even the best teams in the NBA need to be on or they can get beat by the worst teams. And then you look at college and you see no name teams upset the big boys all the time in the tournament. Just not following you on that. Or I'm just misunderstanding what you're saying, which is more likely. If that's the case and you just don't like basketball, that's cool. I personally do, but hey everyone has their opinions.

I love basketball, especially college ball. I'm not following how basketball is not an international sport? Some great games have been played internationally and the sport seems to be growing all the time. Anyone up for a basketball scrimmage during the off season? I've talked to my squad and they are all up for it:-)

while im not a Basketball fan, i will say, it is definatly an international sport.... while it may not be a 'big' sport in the UK, it is present, there are teams, ranging from the top tier, into university, and junior rankings...

Baseball on the other hand...... lol

Well i got no use for Basketball and dont see whats so great about seeing guys run back and forth trying to shoot a ball in a hoop just never really look fun i would rather watch paint dry i dont like Hockey but ill watch some games if im flipping around same with Soccer but Basketball has never really had anything that made me watch a WHOLE game or want to watch it

Baseball is a sport im on the Fence about i like it but i dont want a full game but i will listen to one as the Tv is behind me kinda somewhat lol and listen to it but thats only the Cubs

What i mean about Basket Ball is a GREAT team can take a day off and still win cause the playoffs bring in about half the league and it drags on FOREVER

and the NCAA at least has a 1 game playoffs which i like and requires them to play on top 100% of the time but still dont watch that inless its Alabama on but still dont really watch it

I see your point about the NBA. The playoffs are WAY too long, and there are way too many teams who just go through the motions all season knowing that they're good enough to win once in the playoffs. I used to watch it closely(back when I was a kid during the Jordan years, still a Bulls fan to this day).

I personally don't care for the NBA(I'll watch it when nothing else is on, otherwise I couldn't care less), but college basketball is something I love. With 320+ teams fighting for 65 spots(and most of those teams knowing they HAVE to win their conference to get in) the whole season takes the feeling of a playoff(like football). If you go through the motions and wind up like 19-12, you're in real danger of missing out, so you better show up every night. Plus then the tournament is something I watch with great interest. With the free online games now I'll often have 3 games on at once. Basically the whole world stops for me during the NCAA tournament.

I also love baseball, but I can see how people don't. It can get very boring. For me, I love all the strategy and the thought that goes into every little thing.

Well it tried to explain it the best i could because i dont want people to think i dislike anyone that enjoys Basketball cause i got Auburn fans in the family even if i dont talk to them i dont dislike them...

But every year my Pastor sets up a Online Espn Bracket for NCAA Basketball just for fun between the members that join and i never get finish in the top 10 but i dont know many of the times half the time but if Duke beats NC i cant complain but i still want to see Alabama do something in there but i know they never will theres a LOT of focus on football but at least the Baseball and Softball teams are good each year along with other sports

Oh I know. People have their likes and dislikes, everyone has an opinion. I definitely don't hold anyone else's against them.

Alabama hasn't done much in their basketball history but they did just hire an up and coming coach, so there's a chance that could change.

Well he would have to go undefeated and win the NT then there would be a few days talk about it :/ sadly its all about Football i like that but Bama has some really good softball players and the Baseball team have went deep into the champ. rounds as well as the softball team

But the other coaches can look at this was if you have a losing season they wont rip you head off but football is a different story

Used to be the same way here. Til we got one good recruiting class and almost won the national title. Now people criticize our basketball coach over everything. Miss the tournament with a team full of freshmen and you'd swear he forgot how to coach.

Same here, the NCAA basketball tournament is like having the world cup every year........nothing would be better. I have to agree with you guys on the NBA. I'm also a big Bulls fan, grew up in Chicago and was lucky to have Jordan end up there. He always make his teammates get up for every game, but now it's not the same. College basketball all the way
