I am sure I am not the only one with this question.

What effects does a players energy level have on games, training etc.

Thanks in advance!

not sure but it seems to be quite important when comparing teams that are relatively equal

Admins have stated that they suggest player energy of AT LEAST 90%. So I'd say it's pretty important for games.

The only thing I see energy affecting training for is the fact that to gain energy you have to lower training. Instead of being able to train hard, you need to go average to maintain energy. Instead of average, you have to go to low or very low to raise it without it taking forever.

Yep... haven't seen or can think of anything that energy directly affects apart from match day performance (and as stated, admin suggested keeping it over 90%)

Okay, let's say you pick up a transfer that has a low energy rating. I didn't notice during the bidding process. Do you then have to go to "low" practice for everyone in order to quickly bring up "one" players energy level? Is there a way to raise one players energy level is really my question.

As of now, no. You have to lower it to low or very low for everyone to gain energy for one player.

In the future we're supposed to be getting rest weeks for players, which would help in this situation. But no one knows when we're actually getting it.

Yep... what he said...

something to remember though.... if your not planning to play him in competitive games for a while, it may be worth sticking on normal training, while he wont get back alot of energy, he will get back around 1-3energy a week, while that does not seem much, if he is not playing in competitive games, it really does not matter that much, and means you can train your other players for loner on normal. if you decide you need to brin him into the line up, you then switch to low or very low to get his energy up, but you dont have to have it on that for as long either...

its all just basically planning ahead...
