I thought it was the cap thing. How do you know what are the cap numbers? Are they referring to a salary cap?

The colour are just nice little thing. Only Supporter account holders can see when strength and speed will cap. Rest of the skills are capped according to Talent, except Intelligence, Team Work and Consistency which are fixed and can never change.

That is because you have a greasemonkey script running that shows you the details of the individual skills and how far it is into going up to the next skill level. Need 100 training points to go up one in skill.

If the star is red then the skill is capped. This doesn't mean it is completely capped, but it is difficult to go higher. See the FAQ for details on training.

yep... yellow stay means you cah still 'push' it higher with more effort...
