When does the new schedule come out? Is it on Wednesday or another day?

it should be this wednesday or ppl wont be able to plan their build. Then wont know if they lose out on home or away game at the start of the season.

Schedules should be standardized so that you know who and where you play at the beginning of the offseason. i.e. position 3 plays 1h 2a 4h etc.... all the way through the year, that's my two cents.

good idea.. and because there is only one relegated team moved into a league, it would not cause confusion for them either.... very nice idea... only problem would be those teams promoted...

that's already settled IIRC. Div 1 promoter comes in as 8th div 2 as 9th div 3 as 10th

Agree. And the team that enters after demotion can just come in as 1 for scheduling purposes.

Why are simplistic things like this not implemented? Great idea, and hopefully the admin aren't too busy to overlook it.

Who knows. They probably don't do this as a full time job. It seems that we end up getting more updates in the form of greasemonkey scripts than we do of the actual game itself.
