What a good number for Stamina?

What's considered great stamina and what's considered average stamina? I'm in my first year, and right now I'm trying to get most of my guys up to at least 5 Stamina, but is that enough?

As I go into future years and build a fitness center, what should be my goal for stamina?

An average of 5 is not bad, but not enough IMO...7 or 8 is OK, and above it is great...again, this is only my opinion..

I'm also young blood (not newb, peter)
I try to get it to 5 and everything above is nice most of my guys have about 5 or 6.

Same here, 5 seems to be a magical number here!

After all my players have their most important skill a little higher (like catching for WR etc), I'll try to raise the stamina a little though.
