no it doesn't reset! You need to set your training intensity to 'low' or 'very low' to get back energy points.

Actually, it will take longer than that. I have a player that has been on my team for 30 weeks and is just now getting to 50% energy. The Admin really need to allow us to set training intensity per player not on the full team!

TBH: I disagree...This is a great penalty for overtraining the players and for buying such guys from TL...I wouldn't change it.

I don't think the training should be changed to individual with the current way the system works. If you want to kill your players training them very hard, then by all means do so. But remember there is a price to be paid.

And for buying a player with low energy. Don't do it if you don't want to adjust the rest of your training to low or very low to get one guy up. There is a reason why a transfered player with good stats have low energy. He has been trained on high or very high. Just because there is a change of owners doesn't mean that the penalty of high or very high training shouldn't be paid.
