Any teams who signs him as a QB will find themselves worse off than the Falcons were. I honestly believe if he is a QB, he will never lead a team back to the playoffs. He was a bad quarterback before, bailed his teams out with his legs, and now he's had 2 years off. He isn't just going to get better.

See if he can catch and let him be a WR and a Wildcat type.
