You need to set everything before the illegal formation disappears, if you stay within the legal rules of formations.

You can put players anywhere you want and I would recommend you to read the "read this first" thread by Gurudefense before starting to pick your team.

Personally I have quite a few players playing out of their natural position, since I am re-schooling the players, so that they will eventually have the natural position, that I want.

i have read that and have it open in seperate window as i pick my team, trying to figure out what position they suit best it quite time consuming, as i am aware that they will change their natural position after a while.

If you run Firefox as your webbrowser, then you can install the GreasseMonkey addon and then install the Quick Rating scripts to help you choose your players. Remember that you can't compare the different to each other, but you can compare the different players on the same position.

The links and guides for GreaseMonkey can be found here:

How is it off Mark? The value in itself is just an indicator to compare all you players on a specific position. Like you shouldn't compare the kicker position with the outside linebacker position. If you compare two different players to see who is the better kicker, then it doesn't matter if the value is higher than the other positions, since you only focus on that one position. That is how I have understood to use it.

The only 3 exceptions to this rule are speed, strength and stamina. Speed and strength are limited by a hidden maximum value (different for each player) that represents the maximum value player can reach even if he trains with weights each and every day.

so a players skill can only get upto twenty, how will i know how high i can get a players speed/strength or do i just have to wait until the trainer tells me i cannot increase it anymore?

will a players talent go up or will he always be 1 star

so i installed the script and

QuickRating ?
QB 25 HB 22 FB 10 WR 19
TE 15 OT 12 OG 12 OC 12
DT/NT 16 DE 19 OLB 12 MLB 12
CB 19 FS 15 SS 15 K 26
P 30 G 15 KR 22 ST CB 10

what does all that mean ?

yeah right.. i see your point... i just meant that in case a players rating was 29 as a WR, but it would be 32 as a kicker, that doesn't mean you should use him as a kicker..
i think it's completely off..as long, and here comes your point, you don't compare two kickers or punters with one another
