I have a DL that was capped 20 on strength, and I also had a WR that was capped 9 on speed.... got a lot of 16+ STR players, specialy on the Oline and Dline, but I'm not so lucky with speed, I only have 2 players with 16 speed, haven't had any luck going beyond 16 with it....

Did you mean that the DL capped at 20? Cause that's the highest you can go. I'm assuming it was a mistake though.
