I'd just like to go ahead and forewarn you all that my team sucks eggs.

Well, that could be blamed on your team's energy from hight training intensity.

Yeah, pretty much my whole team was around 30-40% last season. I was getting crushed by bots every week, not to mention demolished by Merc's team.

Just a friendly reminder to get you guys to rep your league or post your opinion in the coaches poll!

Huge win this week for Time Machine Romance! I should bow down to who now...? Just kidding. Tough contest. Actually, just kidding, you suck.

Just saw this. Looking at our game and my surprising win over MoeJoes, I'm wondering if there isn't a bit of home field advantage programmed into the game engine.

There is. Not anything major, but it is there.

Still --- this year might be kind of a bust, with the Invaders more than likely running away with the league this year, but come next year, things should be pretty competitive.

I'm banking on the hope that my QB will continue to get better, allowing me to put up a better showing against human players.

Just out of curiosity: How important would you guys say Vision is, when it comes to a QB, when the rest of his stats are pretty solid? Is it possible that I might not see any actual production out of the guy until that specific attribute is up to snuff? Meaning, even if his Passing gets up to, like, say 11 or 12, there's still a good chance he might suck, with Vision around 2 or 3...? Thoughts?

Well, my starting QB has 14 passing and only 3 vision. His completion ratio is around 50% pretty much all the time with a ingame rating of 3 to 4 (horrible consistency...)
He doesn't have that many interceptions either, only one every 3-4 games.

So, to answer your question, your QB won't suck, he will be expensive though
But I am pretty sure a 12 passing 3 vision QB is better than a 9 passing 6 vision QB

Well, that's refreshing. Besides Vision, my QB (only 17) has pretty amazing stats, considering his age. I only got him for, like, $20,000, too. It's nice to finally have a QB. Granted, it's going to be a little bit before he's on that elite level. But, once he is, my team should be good for a long time.

With training, though -- I don't even have to focus on Vision, and it should go up over time, naturally, right...? Slowly, sure, but, I shouldn't have to worry about it, I figure, with what I know of how training works.

If your focusing on a skill for him, I think his vision might eventually go up.

Agreed. And it seems we're both working on young QBs for the future of our teams. One of mine is still listed as a kicker.
