Thanks for the responses. If I build executive seating on the same side as my current seating, does it take the whole section down for 10 days, or just the part they're building? Thanks again!

it takes the whole section down and its not 10 days it 15

The stand will be unavailable for the 15 days construction time, but you will keep all the all seats, so the new build is added to the existing seats.

PS. Build VIP first, then Executive and Regular seats when all the stands are filled up with the before mentioned seats.

I guess I'm just confused then as to why my team would choose a company that has to close an entire section down to build off of it, and why they would take 15 days to get the job done...
