I bought an O-lineman I wanted to switch to D-line, one game and he's switched. I have a D-lineman I'm switching to QB, 15 games (counting friendlies) hasn't switched and rating hasn't improved. I know if I give up now and sell him somebody will be posting on here . "Wow, I bought a D-lineman played him one game at QB and now he's the best QB I ever had."

I've been playing a QB at C/OL since i took over and he still hasn't changed,now he plays in all games including friendlies,eventually he will change.

The rating cant increase because it shows the rating he has as DLiner. The rating as QB is raising in backgroud and displayed to you only if you look at a scout report (done by other manager) or if it goes higher than the DLiner rating - then the BPOS switches to QB and the rating displayed is for QB.

Does anyone know the ratio between league & friendly effect in terms of position changing? And experience too?

Don't believe there is one. Only between league and regional cup games.

if it works like experience (I think so)
