when you go to the club page of the team you want to challenge there is a button challenge on the right upper side. Use it.

If it is grey:

1.) you have already a friendly for coming monday

or

2.) the club you challenge has already friendly for coming monday

Each challenge you send must be accepted by the other club owner before the game happens.
