I just finish building my youth academy.what are the advantages of making an upgrade?

yes, i know... but i dont understand exactly what that means...
I have to invest 250k for every level just to have more option for youngsters???

This doesnt help at all... because i cant see their skills... or value or something... just to have more names and positions???

Don't forget that the starting skills are also bit higher.

but that is only on the first build
not any further improvements with upgrades
