Stadium capacity for friendlies is couple of times less than it is for league games in the same level so in the top division is hard to have more than 11-12,000 at a friendly.

Stadium tickets are sold proportionally. If you have 6000 seats, 3000 executive and 1000 vip you will fill your stadium with 60% seat - 30% exe - 10% vip if the stadium capacity in higher than number of visitors.

I did my own math and in terms of invested money, Exec gives more income, but only by a very little amount. If you invest 70,000$ in seating, for that money you can build 280 standard, 175 exec or 100 VIP seats.

At game day, you`ll get 8400 $ (280*30) for standard, 12,250 $ for exec. (175*70) or 12,000 $ (100*120) for VIP seats.

When you deduct the 2 week maintenance (1,120 $ for standard (280*2*2), 1,400 $ for exec. (175*4*2) and 1,400 $ for VIP (7*100*2)), you`ll get 7,280$ (8,400-1,120) for standard seats, 10,850 $ (12,250-1,400) for exec. and 10,600 $ (12,000-1,400) for VIP.

As you see, the difference per home game is 250$ on 70,000$ investment in favor of exec. seats (or, 0.36% per 2 weeks).

However, if you consider that, when upgrading your stadium (when having full exec. and going on VIP), you`ll loose more money, since your total income per exec section is 124,000 (2,000*70-2*4*2,000) on the goal line section or 155,000 (2,500*70-2*4*2,000) on the sideline section, whereas for VIP section, it`s 79,500 (750*120-2*7*750) on the goal line section, or 106,000 (1,000*120-2*7*1,000) on the sideline section.

So my advice is build the VIP seats first, then go for the exec, or, if you have money, build them both, from section to section and always build first on the section with the lowest quantity of seats.
