All players should retire as originally intended

If a national team player retires then give the national team a randomised new player

Youth pull if you can't be arsed creating a more realistic random dude who also appears on the transfer market for eagle eyed managers looking for a bargain (the realistic option not the useless youth pull)

This also allows for new countries to be created to level up the number of teams in each group
