No, there is no shortcut to find national players. You could post in the forum and see if anyone responds, or click through every human team.

Sometimes, you can get lucky and see a player on the transfer market.

There's no easy way, you can look through the transfer history of the Turkish teams to find players that were sold and trained.
And also look at players selected in previous seasons, doesn't matter that they're 40+ years old if they are in bot teams they won't decline

There is not much incentive to become a national team coach in this game. It is very unfortunate because it could be a great feature for the game. I think many of us volunteer to coach national teams for the extra matches and the action. Unfortunately, the game developers never made any significant improvements to the national team features and it really makes it difficult for volunteer managers.
