It's not that.
Somehow, sometimes (very rarely) the message content doesn't get the correct ID of the header for the message (messages are in 2 separate tables in database - one for headers, other for content) - although that shouldn't happen as the tables are correctly "locked".
I checked and there are 13 such messages in database again (after the last fix we did).

It's a nasty one as we just cannot replicate this problem on the (local) test server.
