Programmer is on part-time contract at the moment and even with this, the owner is losing money each month.

This is the attempt to show you all that it is possible to develop and to improve the game, but only if the game at least covers the cost of the server and the developer. Owner doesn't expect to get rich from this game (no chance of that whatsoever anyway), but he will not keep losing the money on it either- and it wouldn't be fair to expect him to.
For anything more, the game would need to sell quite a bit more supporter accounts than it currently does.
If the supporter accounts stay the same (or start to go down) then the game will go back into maintenance mode when the most pressing bugs are fixed. That's the hard, direct truth.

It's just the way it is. You cannot expect the owner to put money into something that doesn't even cover the basic costs.

To increase the number of subscribers, you should make intensive use of social media for advertising etc... in short, a decisive change of pace in the modus operandi to attract subscribers. Obviously I don't want to teach anything to anyone, I was just saying that they won't come from heaven... but you know that well I think.

As for bug resolution, I can only agree, and in fact I remember that the admins were provided with a list of all the reports that the community would like, highlighting first those that concern bugs or at most small integrations, so it's quite useless to continue filling this post with other n requests
