BMI is a players Body-Mass Index. It depends on the weight and height of your player.
You can lower it or increase it with the help of the Nutrition Center.
Go to Club -> Nutrition center and add your players there and you can add to his weigth in which case his BMI will increase or you can set him to lose weigth in which case his BMI will go down.
