Not exactly a newbie, but I feel this would be something that is useful for all new players to know.

Is it thought that there is a major difference between 5* BPOS and 4.5*?
Would you rather have a 4.5* BPOS with great physicals and consistency, or a 5* player with lesser stats?

For me, that extra half a star of BPOS makes a heck of a lot of difference, especially at the top end. I think it's worth 2 extra skill points all round. I was one of the first to really go all out for 5* players with the UK National Team, and after I did that we won four world cups in a row before the rest of the community caught up.

That said, 4.5 star BPOS players, or those with 3.5 - 4 stars of talent, are a heck of a lot easier to come by, and will see you well for non-glamour positions or to tide your team over until you get in the higher leagues.

I feel the same way

It is not easy to build a team with good 5 * BPOS players, it will be expensive, but I also think that it is worth it if the players have their skills and are trained. But unfortunately they quickly have an advanced age and you always have to look for young talents and you need money for that. Good luck
