None of them. Intelligence 18+ and Con 18+ is nessecary. Ah, talent... you need 4.5+

Mitchell is the best of the three options listed. He'll be a late-bloomer given that he's 21 already but will get you through the lower divisions, and with his decent INT/Con and talent will be a good QB when trained up. But as Baphomet said, you'll eventually need better talent and INT/CON than what he has. Or a running game.

I would like to know the teamwork before stating who is the best option. I do not like "old" players because you will not have enough time to play him at his best. But if the 3rd one has a high teamwork he will certainly be the best one. Otherwise I would choose the second one even with "low" INT and CON because of his talent (would probably achieve 5* BPOS).

Karim's teamwork is the highest with 14. Mitchell and Mckenzie has only 9 for teamwork. So probably i will stick with Karim and will try to find another QB with higher INT and CON rating.

First, if you plan to make the exact same post on the forum, there's no need to send a PM about it as well.

I'd pick Mitchell. He's best suited for the position at this time and will serve you well enough for the time being.
With you being a new team, it will be a bit before you have the facilities to train well, so most of your roster now will get replaced in a few seasons anyway as they will be a bit old to be much use long term. The roster you use for the next couple of seasons won't be your long term roster. Keep that in mind. All you need now is a roster good enough to beat bots and keep a low salary until you get your financial base in place to start working on your long term roster.

Also, since you don't have the facilities to train well yet, and not likely to have them for a season or two, you might want to consider selling the 4.5* talent player (and any others you might have). Really, any player 3.5* talent or higher that's 19 yrs old or under could bring you some decent money (4.5*+ talent and young should bring a large sum) to get you a good start on your stadium and boost your long term success quite a bit. If you do decide to sell, be sure to place an ad AND state the talent of the player(s) you are selling. This greatly increases the chance of getting good money.
You can try selling 3.5*+ talent players that are older than 19. Some might sell, but you'll be lucky to get $10,000 or so for each of those. Any 4* or lower talent players that don't sell or $10K, don't try to sell again. Just keep those and use for the time being.

Good luck.

No need to look at (future) QB now. You will be running the ball for the next 3 or 4 seasons.

Sell your 4½ talented players and begin building your stadium. Keep anything over 3½ star talent and see if you can't get a decent QB out of one of your youth pulls.

Mr. SrednaD is right! Put all your players train physical all skills. Dont worry about positions atm it's a waste of time.

I know, will be boring the next 6 months.. after 10 month since I register to GI, i'm starting to build my team.

Try to keep wages low (under 100K per week sounds good). Just focus to get friendly games every week, and dont play passing game. Put all the 3.5+ Talent players to play, Sell all those players over 28+ years old when you can. You will focus on getting 16-20 years old players with 3.5+ Talent for your team in future.

Be patience and welcome GI, what ever you need there is a lot of great ppl here to help you ^,^
