What is the point of having the nutrition centre?

If you get the players weight and train it to the correct bpos either the speed is ok because the weight is lower and the strength is not possible because the weight is low or you swop it around and the speed is not reachable but the strength is.

Is not the whole point of training these stats is so that you have the best players you can have, not to have either or.

In the past players who did not cap on thier physicals would have been able to have 20 speed and 20 strength. A few seasons ago they changed that so that the maximum stats you can have would be 35 out of 40. This is now the case even if your players did not cap and have 20-20 speed and strength. The Nutrition centre allows you to set your 35 available stats (asuming your players are not capped) to suit your players positions. Some players may prefer there OL/DL to have 15 speed and 20 strength while others may choose a more ballanced 17 speed 18 strength set up. This is the same for all positions in the game and the Nutrition centre allows you to chop and change your physicals as you develop your team and figure out whats best for each individual role.
