Cowboys fans!

What do you think about firing JG??? Do you think Jerry Jones still believe in him????

I think we have the right players to get final divisions and maybe SB!

Jason Garred pissed me off!!!

I am not a cowboys fan, i am neutral about that. Business logic says not to fire just for the sake of firing. He has invested a number of seasons into him. The question is whether Jerry has a better alternative. Who could take over if coach was fired?

Nothing wrong with Jason. The players need to do better. The QB was asking for 30mil before the season started. Not playing like a top 10 QB though.

Interesting point of view, considering ....

1. QB was actually asking for $ 40 million
2. The Cowboys currently have the no.1 ranked passing offense in the NFL ... so I'd say he's doing his job pretty well.
and
3. The head coach is choosing to kick field goals when down 7 points and faced with 4th and goal with less than 6 minutes left in the game .... when it had taken them THREE & HALF quarters of play to get into the redzone that one time !! Their play calling has been atrocious and is why the players have clearly turned on their head coach.

So yeah, i'd say that it's Garrett's fault.

I think the roster is performing little worse than it should. On the other hand, if they pay Prescott 30+, their roster advantage will disappear quickly. He is playing well this year with all the tools, but he did not play that well (or well) when he did not have the tools. And if he takes top market money, then he will definitely wont have all the tools for the foreseeable future.

I'm not a Cowboys fan, but I personally don't understand what JG has done to keep his job for this long. 10 seasons and all he has to show for it is 2 measly Playoff wins in 10 years! Jason Garrett has never even lead the Cowboys past the 2nd round of the Playoffs!

I truly don't understand how he has kept his job for so long with his extended run of mediocrity.

By comparison, the only other current coaches in the NFL to be tenured the same amount of time or longer than JG all have Super Bowl wins and extensive success (Belichick/Patriots, Harbaugh/Ravens, Payton/Saints, Carroll/Seahawks, and Tomlin/Steelers).

Coaches have been fired for MUCH less than this. I know Jerry Jones is really close with JG, but I think this season has to be his last unless they go on some incredible run.
