And what if just those players' nationality could be changed whose country hasn't got NT ?
The number of the countries who has NT is constant.

Seems fair to me. I have players from Peru, Lithuania and Iceland that are at a good level but have no NT to join.

Three thoughts...

1) How would that (changing nationality) influence those NT players that are on BOT teams? They will never be sold unless the BOT team is demolished when a new owner joins the game (not that likely ot frequent these days). Denmark would in a heartbeat loose several players like this guy and this guy to Germany and Serbia, and

2) Some BOT teams would generate tons of players for the NT. Look at roster on this team and tell med that Serbia would not gain from it? (No offence Serbia - just took a random BOT team), and finally...

3) How would a team in a small competition like Africa & Arab peninsula handle this? There is one team from Israel and they could stack up tons of money due to easy access to AFLC and cup runs plus minimum seatings and thereby run up some hefty wages. Israel would gain NT players by that, but not enough to make a competitive NT team yet moving (key) players from other NT teams.

I doubt any changes every will happen in this game, but this one does not get my

+1

I think that's a bad idea. If you want some national team player raise some youth's. Don't make the same mistake that every sport in the world does.
