You pretty much guessed all the player correct.

Still stuck on 47 roster spots. Awaiting devs slow fix.

Painful isn't it?

Will never get over the retirement of my old QB Miles due to that, coupled with early cup round renting Only pissed off about it because I had modeled him on the then-young UK QB phenomenon John James George. That guy and an aging Milevsky completely changed my approach to QB training.

Given that I see a couple of youth pulls of mine in the squad who I sold early, yet ultimately turned out OK, I'd like to recommend another one who is almost there: OL Jai Hynes from the LA 69ers. Give him a season or two and I think he will be pretty useful, in a position that has always been our biggest headache. In what is a bit of a shame, after scouting him it appears that he would have made a supreme TE, or TE/DL in the mold of the evergreen Simpson.

Oh well. Still worth keeping an eye on.

Oh yeah. The other player must have been Dane Barham. A handy backup at OL and LB, but he is 31 now. How could I forget my last original player?

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll take a look once we can fill the full roster.

I kinda have a grasp on the roster now. This is how I think the starters will look like.

QB - Tim McMahon

Probably the most difficult decision to make. Leslie is dropping physicals, and Enright just slightly looses out on INT/CON/BPOS.

RB - Todd Grumbleton

I'd almost go committee in the backfield, each RB has one or two better traits than the others. Grumbleton has the slight better average across the skills.

WR - Dan Barry
WR - Ricky Moss

Three WRs clear cut above the rest. Amon Merret just misses out.

TE - Ted Simpson
TE - Joel Barham

Both Clarke and Johnson could push for a starting roles here. Their current training puts them in the same conversation as Barham.

OT - Calib Mundy
OG - Stanley Rix
C - Ted Pears
OG - Leslie Petterd
OT - Quentin Swan

Four good options then a drop off in depth. I'd expect Pears to loose his starting role as the other OLers get more trained up in the upcoming weeks.

DE - Ted Simpson/Clive Faulks
DT - Clive Faulks/Ted Simpson
DT - Cody Bode
DE - Quenton Swan

Bode just over Wilmot, even Krakouer could jump in there also.

OLB - Bryce Cahill
MLB - Gerald Greenwood
OLB - Arthur O'Shea

Clear cut starters here. Morton easily could mix it up at OLB, but is needed elsewhere.

CB - Ricky Moss
CB - Tristan Black
SF - Vince Morton
SF - Steve Hahn

Not much depth there after Roughhead. Roughhead could push for a larger role/s in coming weeks. Can play anywhere in backfield.

K - Ernest McCallum
P - Lachie Sellar

GU - Tristan Black
GU - Cody Roughead

STCB - Steve Hahn
STCB - Athol Grose

KR - Jimmy Tenace/Kai Carlile/Laurence Burton/Jett Clouston
KR - Amon Merret

Also brought Michael Betts back into the Squad. Long time absence, but slightly better that other bot team DLs.

I'd love to bring back Ivan Watts also and play him as a LB. He would be an awesome LB. Though he would need time to develop into a LB. Something you don't get to do in the WC cycles.

Eight (8) call ups left if you find someone worth a looksee. I've done all the scouting I can throughout the top divisions, but I may have missed somebody.

Don't waste a call up here, but here's another old youth pull coming along nicely - 24yo WR Sam MacAvoy

I'll keep my eyes peeled over the next few days for any hidden gems that are ready to go.

1-0

Would've expected more from Moss at WR.

And the HC needs to look at the game orders. He put the best OLinemen at guard. But the silver lining is that the OLine was not at full strength and still preformed great.

Lost a close one. Offence had ball in opponents 50 at end of both halves. Hopefully the lick goes our way on the second leg.

I have three decent German WRs coming through the ranks, and here they are rushing 100% of the time

Brazil next - another danger team.
