What should I invest my money in now that I have my stadium with max VIP and Executive seats? I have a fully maxed out club shop as well.

Is it coaches next, or invest in squad? I have about $1m to spend.

My squad is just what I started with, plus a few YA players.

You could build up the stadium to 40000 as a pretty important upgrade. Along the way you can upgrade facilities, like training centers, youth academy...
1 million is not that big of an amount. Some coaches have over 50 millions.

You shouldn't really be worrying with facilities as of yet and the Club Shop probably won't start paying for itself until your in a higher division. I made the same mistake when I started and now I'm trying to build up my money, so in your shoes I would probably build up you stadium without impacting your income to much.

In my oppinion building your fitness center is next.
As soon as it is initiated (after next finansial update) you can hire physical trainers (only!) and start training 'phys all' on all your players - when the center is finished, it should be upgraded to max.
Then you can carry on with the seats.

Only problem is, it is waste of time to train physicals on players older than 23 or lower talented than 3½*.
So maybe it is time to go fishing

Your choice, your team.

You can build up your stadium some more and increase your cash flow, but if I were starting over again, this is the point where I'd start looking at getting some training for my players.

Today, (before 1:00 GI time Tuesday) I'd purchase the fitness center. It takes 10 days to complete and will finish at :30 Friday 4/12/19 , just a few hours before training update.
This will cost $200,000.

After financial update on 1/12/19, I'd buy coaches with 20 fitness.
This will cost $90,000, but you'll need $390,000 in your bank to complete the transaction.

As soon as construction is completed on 4/12/19 and before the training update, I would upgrade my fitness center to max (2 upgrades). This will cost $75,000 for each upgrade/$150,000 total.

Then focus train all players at speed and strength to find caps.

With these additions, it will cost $36,000 per week to maintain which should be no problem.

In the mean time, you can slowly replace any subpar players with 3.5* talent or better young players by fishing on the market. I wouldn't spend any more than $5000 per player unless you know for certain they are 3.5* or better talent.

The advice of Phi above me there is from one of the best players in the game, and yes, I'd agree that now is the time to go for it and start upgrading your training facilities. A 13,500 stadium can sustain quite a good team, although at some point you'll need it around 50K to be truly competitive.

Always keep an eye on player wages and make sure they don't overtake your income though.

Thanks, I can upgrade the stadium to 50k pretty easily. My costs are so low that I am making on average 675k per week. Add in some cup revenue and I should be able to build to 50k by week 9 or 10 of this season quite easily (although I at home for both those weeks, better to aim for week 13 and 14 which I am away for both weeks given this will mean maxing out one of the side stands, plus putting another 1.5k in another stand, so two stands closed)

doing it those 4 weeks later means that I can probably do what PHI has suggested, and it not affect the timing.

Should I aim for 50k or larger?

I have about $6m in the bank right now. To get to around 50k it will cost me around $9m, I have a two away matches in a row in about 6 weeks time (i have 4 home games before then, in which time I will net at least another $5m)

Should I go for 60k.

I am happy to not bring in new players and not be competitive (i will finish 2nd in my league this year) in order to future proof my team. What is the ideal number to stop at.

in Div IV you need 42k seats (Div III - 48k, Div II 54k ...). Yo don´t need 50k seats. Build your seats in your 2 weeks gap otherwise you lose money
