Looks like the Oilers are joining the Top Div. But who will be staying up?

Seattle or Flanders?

Finally make the top division for the first time since I joined in week 8 of season 13 (Div V.7).

Today I managed to squeak through playing run defense against a team playing darkwing...

I am not really ready for the top division, but I will do my best to be competitive (I have at least seventeen 4.5* talent players on my 38 man roster, so that should help).

I hope division II.1 remains competitive and may the best team win next year.

Congratulations mate, very well done. I thought I was going to keep up with you, but failed towards the end. Good luck at the top and hopefully see you next year.

That's why I did not want to ascend.

You know, I always wondered how the team was so good with lower wages.

You know, I have some strong players who double up. That keeps the bills down.I paid for a couple of older guys for a long period without releasing them.

Its swings and roundabouts, because other people play for BPOS in the league (when they know they are getting relegated or sitting mid table) and some people don't set their lineups. This has more impact upon match outcomes than the occasional bit of renting...

Having read the posts on this thread, I will get back in my box and quit moaning about such tactics.

I will also no longer rent and take the salary hit for any player I purchase going forward.

Looks like it is going to be an expensive run in...

lol

Seems like I have been unable to stick to comments I made three and a half years ago. Ho hum, I am happy with my lot and am looking forward to next season...
