An idea for a new building/facility.

Teams already have 5 scouts per week at this time. How about adding a new facility that when built, gives an additional 5 scouts per week. An upgrade or two could add another 5 more each. Of course there will be a cost to build and upgrade, then maintenance fees each week as well.
Scouts will still cost $3500 per scout.

Just gives teams the option to add more scouts at a cost.

Feasible? Possible? Worth it?

Yea i think it's a good idea... especially because like that the bigger teams don't necessarily have to bid on players they "think" are good and snap them away from "smaller" teams and then release them
