It will take time for your team to develop and improve but results will get better against teams who are slightly further along the path. First things first though - your players energy levels are really bad - get them back to 100% and then leave training on normal permanently.

+1. Gotta take the long view in this game. Quick fix training is rarely worth it.

Don't over think your offensive set up. Run the ball and do it again and again, until your QB and receivers are good enough to use the passing game effectively.

Also, check out your opponents... You played with 4 safeties and one cornerback. Lots of people will give you advice about formations, but esentially, decide which way you want to line up defensively and train your players that way.

thanks for your reply guys, I'll decrease the intensity of my training and after 100% I'll set them to normal.

I played with 4 safeties because my opponent had a passing tendency.

Thanks for your input.

It is thought on this here board that Strong Safeties have little or no impact on the passing game, but do impact the running game a lot.

So against a team that passes most of the time, go with a Free Safety and Cornerbacks. You should also prioitise a Middle Linebacker and Defensive Ends.
