On a slightly different but similar point, I wonder who Manager 1 was?, as in who was the 1st manager to take over a team in the game & who is the longest serving manager?

When the GI Big Bang took place, the first team to be created was the Bat Yam Raiders in the Africa Region. They were consequentially awarded the ID 1 number. I remember that I noticed that a long time ago.

Not sure about the longest serving manager. Maybe it is Mr. C at this point.

I had a rumble through the top div teams in season 1 and their histories. There were a few I found who had a manager join them on 31st July 2008 in Central Europe, North America, and ASE region. Of those, the managers that hung around for more than a few weeks include the managers of Wadsworth Grizzlies, PeugeotGTI-club, and De Rode Leeuwen who all stayed until the middle of 2011. Sparta Nijkerk's manager Serrie joined on the 1st of August and could be the most notable of all the early starters, staying until 2012, and then rejoining and leaving again later on.
