Anyone applying for the HC role?

Well that was settled quickly

Scoured 1800 rosters while I slept last night in a test run, so should have a list of just about every Aussie player in the game by the end of the week, and a decent shortlist by the end of the week after.

All 7560 rosters have been searched. I chuckled when I saw the overseas retirement home for Slumbering Skink players.

All in all, 3409 players to whittle down to 50. Should be easy as the majority of those are from startup rosters, and another large chunk are in their 50s.

Offensively we are looking solid. Convicts going bot has done us a massive favour at WR and TE. Given that they have the sort of roster that will hang around in D2 forever, Pratt, Barry and Merrett could see themselves playing well into their 40s with no injuries or physical decline

Defensively, we can scrape by. It may be a case of back to the future with an all-Wildcats LB cast. CB has a few worthy candidates, hopefully some of these can play safety.

Will have a proper look after work, and have a rough shortlist by the weekend.

Putting together a shortlist is proving difficult. It looked to be an easy task, until I filtered out anyone with less than 4.5* rating. We're not as strong at TE as I previously indicated, and OL looks like it will be the same old headache....
