I think you're probably going to get toasted in TD for a season or two. Even if I beat you, you have a big lead in point differential.

I've been taking a hard look at my team, and I need to shed some wages and develop some younger players. I'm probably going to be selling off some very good players over the next week or so. I have enough good young players to keep myself in D II, but not enough to win it and compete in TD.
