Let's just say, I did not make that easy for myself. OT win after two touchdowns back to back to tie the game with under 2 minutes to go....

Next... Venice Dolphins II. FML.

Well done to Platypus. Deserved the win. Really shows some of the issues with having a lot of players the same age. My 1st teamers are too old and the replacements too young.

I did not expect such a dramatic drop off but it is something to note for future reference.

Latest score 38-7.

I understand less and less the game. Since the run game has been improved I have always read how important is for the RB to have a good OL (at least 3 good guys like Scottish Runners sorry Raiders has :nod. I don´t see that in this game at all, looks like a good RB did it all on his own.

If you scout his RB and Scottish Runners' RB you will see what they have in common... Pay attention carefully on their abilities and you will understand "all the mistery".

Ok, scouted and .... I'm struggling to see your point

But then again, I think I know the answers to the 'mystery'

I like that you're making an effort to figure it out though.

It'll all make sense soon my friend when I share it publicly .... not yet .... but soon

You’ve scouted the wrong player, Steve.

You should be looking at Robert John Dillon who has twice played at nose tackle when my side have suffered horrendous defeats. This is due to the head coach being a prize plank.

No. NO. Please don't lock this thre-

As long as you're not paying yourself a Gruden sized contract then I'm sure your team will forgive you

It makes sense against a rushing attack to take countermeasures. The only rushing attack I've seen consistently work is up the middle with a HB following a FB, so using good inner defensive linemen and setting the defensive orders to rush on all downs would probably be a good way forward. Even so Shankers should have shanked Anzin on most days - it really is looking like the running game is the way to go, which leaves my lovely expensive QB/WR combination looking a little silly.

I've always been a fan of footwork for running backs, even before the new engine, and that's another thing that the successful teams seem to have a lot of.

I'm sure there are people out there who've used spreadsheets and pie charts and will have joined the dots with a line and have a more definitive opinion, but for me, I can only offer my observations and trial-and-error team settings.
