I could mess around a lot more, but I think I have a team now. Just making final decisions on formation and starters. I could mess around a lot more but I think we would only improve in very small ways.

One area of real concern for the future though is running back. There is a severe drought of them, a lot of the ones in 'Players to watch in the future' are not great or stuck on bot teams undeveloped. The others, there are a lot of 5* players on human teams but they have low wages, and some are getting quite old now. So I'm definitely going to be trying to train up a running back for the future as I think we'll need a few.

I had this UK dude on my team some time ago.

But I lost track of his skills when I sold him. I think he had great catching and carrying.

Actually, I checked the old spreadsheets, and I think he could help your team if his physicals have not been run down to 12.

Thanks, the thing that concerned me about him was the wages, as this means maximum 15 in any stats aside from physicals.

He is equal in all relevant skills. Just saying...

So on the players to watch for the future I am working through, looking at Abcat's wonderfully helpful list. Any QB's that are on a bot team that hadn't achieved 100k wages I have taken out. I have taken out running backs on bot teams which were under 80k in wages.

I've emailed some people asking for info on some of their players. I have gone thoroughly through QBs and RBs so far, there is potentially one possible change in QB I'd like to wait, waiting to hear back from the coach who owns him rather than waste $3,500.

Running backs are a concern, the ones we have aren't ideal and other high wage ones aren't brilliant either. I've emailed a couple of coaches asking for stats on those players.

Couple of other areas:

Would like a couple more options on OL, hopefully will come from up and coming players.
TE - Hopefully something will come up there as it's a slightly concerning area.
DL - Again, need options here
SF - Could do with another option

LB, CB, WR we're very solid in these areas, and QB but looking at that list, we really need to start having a couple get up to top wages in the coming seasons as Borland and McMillan are retiring after this season. This leaves us with, I believe, only two QB's with wages over 100k after this season.

You don't need to spend any money or ask managers to see a player's stats. You have fifty call ups most of which you will probably never use. Just create a vacancy on the team by sacking a player. Then recruit each prospect in turn. If you like them keep them and create another vacancy, if you don't like them sack that player and move on.At the end rerecruit the original player or not, it's up to you

It is a really quick and free way of viewing and calling up a new players. Hope this helps

For some weird reason I thought I had a lot less call ups, this afternoon I realised that and I did call up a lot today to see, found some good ones.
