Portugal get to face France, Sweden and the Netherlands this time around.

So how many countries will get destroyed as soon as the new BMI rules kick in?

I imagine the smaller ones will struggle as the top nations have less players on bot teams. Active teams will be quickly getting their star (read: NT) players to a decent weight.

Any in particular that stand out though? Will also be curious which countries get a running game right off the bat as a lot of active RBs have low carrying I reckon.

Germany will go undefeated through the qualification. One game was really, really close (the first game against Ireland), which shows that everything is possible when two good teams face each other, but obviously, I'm very pleased with the qualification. I now hope for a doable group. The goal is title defence, but that will be very, very tough. Even though traditionally strong nations like the Netherlands and Italy won't be at the World Cup, there will be a lot of strong teams, no doubt. That's why it's the World Cup, I wouldn't want it any other way.

Germany will have Ireland, Mexico and Croatia. Not especially easy, but the World Cup seems to be pretty balanced out otherwise, aside from Group C (the group you mentioned). Which is bad news for Germany, too, since we'll play the 2nd from this group in the quarter finals if we win our group.
