It is me or Rules/FAQ are changing almost daily? I'm a total rookie, so it could be that I was just reading not attentive, but it seems that I find something new every day. And I'm mostly sure that in some cases it was just rewrite and clarification of existing rules. It's good to see that this rules documents is in GI team focus, but on the other hand I'm curious to get more information, and don't want to miss it in case I don't read for some time.

Anyway, enough babbling, let's get to the point. It would be good if admins could inform us when the new version of rules is released. And if possible, please release it in bigger chunks. (perhaps a date when the FAQ/rules were renewed would be a good idea)
