My feeling too is that I'm glad Flames got an opportunity and he earned it. It took a few tries and he managed some other countries and then finally got his chance and did well. I like to see the manager rotated around a bit but we have had some seasons where very few apply. I didn't look to see if the application process has closed but I prefer a fresh face at manager if available as long as they have been around long enough to be a quality option.

Edit to add: I see we have 4 options. I'll have to look into them a bit now. Great to have so many choices!
