Cannot believe this offense has been held to 28 in it's last 2 outings!

WTF?

A 2-0 INT deficit in out favour and we 3 and out on the back of both - utterly pitiful!

4/9 on 3rd down for us, 7/10 for them and 2 of the incompletes were the INTs!

XXXX!

It happens. No point dwelling on it. We can still turn it around.

If not, well.... Camilo is sitting on 19.76 stamina.... and his younger, superior, painfully expensive replacement is already working on his chemistry.... retribution via stam 20 infection is but one training update away

A win is a win is a win.........but WTF is our offense?

We have lost a game because of the offense and won a game because of the D! Not exactly what I was expecting.

But there have been a lot of very good teams in low scoring games.

I think it's time for Merrett to come in. Barry had 1 catch for 17yds - the very last play of the game! At least he had a 52yd KO return that lead to a TD - guess he gets to stay on as KR.

A bit of deja vu here - remember the last time we played the French for a spot in the finals? Should be fun!

The best offense I have ever coached, and it has not been able to put 500yds on the board in it's last 3 outings? And we got beat by 1 man today also - Cabon for 307!

I was worried as soon as we kicked the first FG - always a bad sign! Just 1 of those 4 needed to be a TD FFS!

Spewin'!

What a brutal last quarter. Up 37-21 with 15 to go, lose 40-42.

Maybe the problem is with McMahon? I always thought Welsh was the better option but I don't remember his build so could be mistaken. I do remember thinking he was the best QB I'd ever seen though... maybe I was more naive at the time.

Welsh is perfect @ 20/20 INT/CON, but McMahon has 19/19 and a whopping 17 more points of physicals. I doubt the CON makes much difference, and I find it hard to think that extra point of INT could make a lot of difference either. Whereas I'm absolutely certain 17 pts of physicals will result in less pressures/sacks.

That was an issue though - they had 9 pressures on us and a sack to our 5 pressures on them. Pratt is now a great TE but he is missed at FB for his blocking.

Just before the end of the first half was total BS - 1st and 10 @ the 4 and they get 3 straight pressures!

And then on our next to last drive they get another pressure on 2nd down and then we run the ball on 3rd down FFs!

You know it's not your day when the ever dependable Simpson is 3/9 - he had a shocker.

Lots of bad luck and lots of simply not good enough. So frustrating to know that just one of those 4 FGs needs to be a TD, especially the one were we were 1st and 10 @ the 4, and we win! When they were 3rd and 10 @ our 28 at the end, I was really hoping it was their turn to kick a FG - would have been hilarious! Not to be.

I can say "Oh well, at least I won the IB this season", but right now, that just isn't helping at all........spewin'!
