With today's win over Argentina, Portugal have qualified as Group B winners.

Can't be anything but pleased with that considering the opposition we've faced.

wtf? Why is the qualification still ongoing? The last game we (Germany) had was January the 13th. I was wondering when the World Cup will begin and then there are groups were the qualification still isn't decided yet.

Because there are leagues with 5 teams and some with 4, so the ones with 5 teams still have a game to play. Stupidly, those teams have a bye week some weeks just like the ones in 4 team divisions do, which is pointless as they just take longer. This is GI though so it's probably not meant to make sense or work properly.
