So I've put together a list of the 20 teams I've managed to find who have managed more than 100 wins in the top flight of their region. There's probably a handful of others around, if anyone cares to find them, knocking around historical league tables in obscure regions. Numbers are correct as of the end of season 22. Some famous, and some unexpected names up there. Feel free to post any missing ones below.

Cool list, I never really thought about doing this, and also impressed you remembered to add my wins from before this club was named what it was. The regional cup was usually my jam, but I did squeeze an 18-0-0 league season in there when things were getting competitive. This season I've botted my defence twice already, so I should probably switch on if I hope to add to my tally!

EDIT: I initially thought this was a list of still active teams, but spy the Bat Yam Raiders there. I would think the now-defunct Slumbering Skink and also Kamikaze would have 100+ league wins. I think the Melbourne 49ers would have 100+ too, as they were in Top Div before my first team was, and were still there when I reached it with my current team.

Also as a bit of trivia, if we were doing it per coach compared to per team, I would have 9 more Top Div wins under my name up until the end of season 22. I played an even longer time ago (Melbourne Marauders), but quit at the start of my 2nd season in Oceania Top Div a whole two seasons before project first reached the Top Div way back in season 7.

That said, my first ever Top Div season (season 5), was still one whole season after Guanacos made their Top Div debut (and stomped the league 18-0). My team aren't exactly spring chickens themselves, but even with two different teams with a large gap in between, it puts into perspective how long Guanacos and the Buccs/Wildcats have been around.

I was a bit surprised to see, that the oldest of them all was Veleni Tavojedi.

Never heard of them before I saw them on the list

I can't possibly be the only one from Central Europe. Both the Wilhelmshaven Seawolves and the Sparta Nijkerk kicked ass for like 10 straight seasons: didn't they make it to 100 W?

The Guanacos probably have 100 W in the AFLC as well at this point. Season in and season out, they are inevitably playing in such a tournament and they are usually pretty competitive.

Just 35 for me, that could take another 23 seasons.

Good job with the list and putting it together Abcat.
