New season!

Season 22 sees seven(!) million dollar squads competing for the title.

We still have the traditional big 4 - Kamikaze, Wildcats, Jinx and Convicts - leading the way, jockeying for first place...

But also a pack of Behemoths, Pigs and Hunters chasing hard, with each more than capable of a big upset or two...

However even this middle pack cannot rest, as the newly-promoted Eagles, Tigers and Bananas look quite capable of dishing out some upsets of their own...

Very hard to pick how this one will play out. Either way, this should be a good season. Good luck to all!

Cheers, happy to make it into the "big league" - not expecting much, happy to receive any well meaning coaching, guidance etc from the more experienced crews if you deem to take pity on a noob!

Good to see you're running less - wise choice

The first season can be pretty brutal on the finances if you find your team anchored at the lower end of the standings - if you do find yourself heading towards the red, cut costs however you can, because bankruptcy = starting over with a new team.

Yep, definitely a passing game.

Spend most of your money on WR/TE/QB/LB/CB/OT/FB(blocking) and you wont go far wrong.

You don't rate safety??

Even though I've only recently warmed to the idea of FB actually blocking on passing plays, I'd still rate safety higher than FB!

FB is more important than SF. You played a rubbish RB vs me last outing - look what happened. And no, it was nothing to do with the OGs.

Also, look at who had the best D back in S20 using a 5-3 and a SSc (which means no SF at all).

Here's an interesting game to assess OGs and SFs - vs Pankrac

1 pressure including OT and nothing wrong with the D either.

Sleepy manages of round 1 - Kamikaze with a gunner @ TE and Jinx with a bot defence (Neu retirement me thinks)

Jinx tied as I type, Kamikaze gone!

So, Jinx get away with one - 91-84!
Great debut for the Tigers and the Behemoths win the battle of the bros, and well. Could it be the year of the Behemoth?
