If bot teams were challengeable it would be much too easy to collect flags. It's suppose to be a challenge that earns respect, not something anyone can do in their first year in the game

Teams might sprout up again in those countries, I have a younger starter on my roster from Malta, just keep your eyes peeled I guess and hopefully they accept the challenge

Yeah that sounds like a pain to sift through haha. I guess if nothing is changed its just a question of how bad do you want it ha, I can say that I'm not that into the flags. GL!

Not bothered about getting in trouble myself so I'll just confirm that the manager did indeed make up new accounts in different countries for one off friendlies and then had the brass neck to ask that the flag record be updated.
For the OP it just takes a lot of time and luck to collect (legitimate) flags, it's a question of perserverance. Bookmark any team you find (only if you're a supporter) and keep challenging until you whittle down the numbers.

I'm more than aware of who did what, yeah, and I agree it was audacious to say the least! It still amazes me that there were no apparent repercussions since that's supposed to be rule # 1 you don't break.

Eventually another team from Malta will spring up, just be quick. It took me forever to get the Egyptian one yet I still haven't managed the Greek flag yet.

I stopped collecting at 60 and joined the nations cup. I do not have Malta. It's too hard chasing around, what I later found out to be, false teams created just to help one or two managers get flags from obscure countries and then they go bot after 1 or 2 friendlies and never even respond to your request to play. I will get them in the future once I verify the team is actually here to play for a bit
