(BUILD your stadium up first) As you get money coming in, .Stadium building guide : build (ALL)the (VIP's SEATS first), but not the side with 100 seats (the first time) so you will make money from those seats, , , , and (then fitness coach),,, then (ALL Executive boxes), get stadium at 13,500 seats and (stay there for awhile making money) and then fitness center. Then upgrade to all coaches (except kicking coach), then training center . Hang out at the 13.5K level stadium and load up your money. Add a club shop once you are in div III and sure to be in top tier there. When you do expand the stadium, do it in increments of 15K to 20K (after 13500 built)

work on rounding out your roster with 3.5* talent and better, as young as possible using your youth pulls , but stay away from the market at first until after you get started with the building and making money, unless you find players on market with 3.5 talent and EACH PLAYERS wages are below 4000 a week.
