For the first time in my 4 season run as NT Coach, I have competition for manager of the squad. I'm very curious to see how many Canadian teams are active in terms of WC Coach voting so I will not be voting for either myself or my opponent, it will be in the hands of the people. Good luck

It has been quite fun seeing his rise the past few seasons, however this might be the last year Canada fields a competitive defense before we have to re-tool. Loubier unfortunately will start declining, as will some of our best LB and DL talent. Sagala is a 20/20 monster who is a LB/CB split, but is once again on the wrong side of 30, Brillant who may have more skills at 20 than any other player in the game is at a point where he too will start declining soon and his physicals are suspect to begin with. No replacement has been found for Chiovitti at TE but somehow he's still chugging along with his poor physicals, and then there's our O-line and the aging disaster that has become. I have a 5* Canadian CB. 20 speed, medium strength, skills balanced and better than his salary indicates (and will only get better, given I'm relying on him now).

NT team selections are always one of those tricky things. The whole campaign is stretched over quite a long time, so you have to consider 31 year olds fading hard later on and also new talent improving over the whole season. Maybe even consider a succession plan of sorts where you play a whole bunch of 31s in qualis, and then have younger players hopefully come through for the main comp.

Daudy I've been monitoring your young CB for a couple season with the hope he will be a starter for us within 2 or 3 cycles, he has the potential no doubt.

Galibois is getting good, you're right flames, it also helps he's a CB and a SF, and it looks as if he will be a starting SF for us holding down the back end of an aging secondary.
