I can see that you are just riding the backs of other managers hard work from before you. It is not like you yourself as a manager help the NT roster by actually supplying many NT starters. Anyone can qualify with this roster created mainly before them. When the real action occurs, we see you struggle and you are attempting to find a scapegoat to hide your shortcomings as a NT coach.

tolerate what? you haven't won much in the big arena. i might become fragile about that if and when it happens.

notice i said "when"? as i think you can do it. you just need to focus on the positives and don't take criticism as a personal attack. you need to accept feedback, admit mistakes, forget blame and focus on the future.Last edited on 2015-09-19 at 10:31

I trained the NT QB to stam 20 to obviously derail another coach's NT campaign and I hope everyone is too stupid to see it.

First part - you might want to come across as just pointing that at me, but as is the case with this whole situation, you don't give a stuff about who you effect with your comments and agendas.

2nd part - and you were clearly determined to make sure that "when" never happened for the reasons you yourself have now even admitted. What a tart!

Well you did start the thread. You cannot blame me again for effects of comments and agendas. You have continually lied about me and questioned my morals. Yet I'm the bad person with hard up comments and agendas.

But moving on... For NT success - You just need to focus on the positives and don't take criticism as a personal attack. You need to accept feedback, admit mistakes, forget blame and focus on the future.

Are you feeling that the point of your thread has no made a situation worse?

You posted:-
I'll be insisting on guarantees from all local coaches with players eligible for NT selection that they will not, under any circumstances, train any of their players to stamina 20.

You asked for a guarantees players for selection will not be trained to stamina 20. I was straight up and didn't lie to my about my intentions of my training plans.

You got what you asked for. Now move on and focus on the positives and don't take criticism as a personal attack. You need to accept feedback, admit mistakes, forget blame and focus on the future. Last edited on 2015-09-19 at 10:49

You have just said to every coach with not as many players on the NT as you that they're not worthy. Have you got any idea at all?

Oh, moving on now are we? I thought that stated 3 weeks ago! You'll be moving on to nowhere - you can't help yourself boiler.

You just need to focus on not training NT players to stam 20 in the middle of the WC, especially for no reason whatsoever other than a hissy fit!

It is how you read it, not what I typed though. I think now you are past your boiling point, you cannot control yourself.

Actually it was delt with over 4 months ago after WC13. Then you reopened the issue with this thread. Again with the blame deflection towards someone else. Accept your contribution in the situation.

Why did you train McDougall to stam 20 and then sell him right in the middle of the WC?
